The Dental Compliance & Safety Organization (DCSO) is led by a dedicated team of dental, compliance, and governance professionals committed to patient safety and regulatory excellence. Our team brings hands-on experience in dental practice operations, infection prevention and control (IPAC), human resources compliance, and quality improvement. Guided by an independent Board of Directors and supported by subject-matter experts and advisors, we work collaboratively to create practical resources, training, and education that help dental practices remain compliant, inspection-ready, and focused on high-quality patient care across Canada.
