Strategic Plan

The Dental Compliance & Safety Organization is committed to strengthening dental practice compliance, improving patient safety, and supporting dental teams through accessible education, standardized resources, and evidence-based training. Our 3-year Strategic Plan provides a clear roadmap for organizational growth, program development, and sector-wide impact. This plan reflects our commitment to ethical governance, regulatoryy alignment, and the advancement of safe, high-quality dentistry across Ontario and Canada.

Strenthen Compliance

DCAS will stregthen compliance education across the dental sector by expanding its educational programming to support dental practices in meeting expectations of RCDSO, Public Health Ontario, IPAC, OHSA, PHIPA, Emploayment Standards, and other regulatory frameworks.

Build Infrastrucuture

DCAS will build comprehensive resource and training infratructure by expanding its digital learning environment and resource library to support ongoing compliance readiness.

HR Compliance & Education

DCAS will advance human resources compliance and workforce education to support safe, fair, and legally compliant workplaces, delivering HR-focused compliance education tailored to the dental sector.

Promote Equity

DCAS will ensure equity, accessibility and safety support and that compliance education and patient safety resources are inclusive and accessible.

Strengthen Collaboration

DCAS will strengthen collaboration with sector partners by actively pursuing partnersips to enhance sector compliance, knowledge sharing and community support.

Measure Impact

DCAS will measure impact and continually improve and evaluate its educational programs and resources regularly to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the dental sector.
